Mattea Hampton

Mattea Hampton currently serves as a Government Operations Consultant III at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Mattea held various roles at the Executive Office of the Governor, including Director of Scheduling and Deputy Director of Scheduling, from March 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant III and Administrative Assistant at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from January 2019 to March 2021. Mattea is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Florida State University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Florida, obtained in May 2023, as well as an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College, completed in December 2018.
