Charline Santamaria

Charline Santamaria, RN, MBA, CLSSGB has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Charline began their career at Children's Rehabilitation Network in 2013 as ADON/Charge Nurse. In 2014, they joined Memorial Healthcare System as a Registered Nurse and stayed until 2016. Charline then worked at Kidcare Nursing Services as the Director of Nursing from 2018 to 2020. Charline also worked at Boca Raton Regional Hospital as a Registered Nurse starting in 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Clinical Team Lead at the Florida Department of Health in Duval County, a position they have held since 2020.

Charline Santamaria pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in 2007 at Florida International University - College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management. Charline then attended Broward College and completed an Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2013. Finally, they enrolled at Florida International University and obtained a Master of Business Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management between 2015 and 2016.
