Robert Ledoux

Robert Ledoux is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the railway industry. Serving as Senior Vice President at Florida East Coast Railway since July 2011, Ledoux has also held significant roles at CSX Transportation, including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Additional legal expertise was gained as Associate General Counsel at PSINet and Assistant General Counsel at Software AG. Active involvement in professional organizations includes membership in the Association of American Railroads and the Railroad Management Association since 2002. Ledoux holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, as well as degrees in Business, Finance, Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business.
