Charlie Phillips

Charlie Phillips is currently serving as the Vice President/General Manager at FLORIDA ENERGY SERVICES, INC. and as the Secretary at the National Association of Charterboat Operators (NACO). Prior to this, Charlie held various roles at Hope Fishing Adventures, Austin Powder Company, FLORIDA GUIDES ASSOCIATION INC, and the US Army. Charlie has a diverse background in management, operations, and explosives handling.
