Philip Doyle is a highly experienced professional in public safety, emergency management, and education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Tallahassee Community College since February 2024, Philip also holds the position of Chief of Public Safety and Emergency Management at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and has extensive roles as Sergeant with the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary, Deputy Chief at Lloyd Fire Rescue, and Assistant Chief Firefighter/EMT at Miccosukee Fire Rescue Department. In addition, Philip works with the Leon County Sheriffs Office Emergency Management Division and FEMORS, contributing to mass fatality incident response, while maintaining a long-standing role as EMT/Security Specialist with the US Department of Health and Human Services. As the President of ICE-Investigations and Consulting Enterprises since 1990, Philip provides services in private investigations and emergency management consulting. Philip holds a Master's Degree in Criminology and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College.
