Julie Duncan

Julie Duncan has extensive experience in healthcare finance, currently serving as Program Director of Provider Compensation at AdventHealth since October 2019, simultaneously holding the position of Senior Finance Manager of Provider Compensation at both Florida Hospital Medical Group and AdventHealth Central Florida. Previously, Julie held the role of Director of Physician Compensation at The Queen's Medical Center, where operational leadership was provided for a significant medical facility in Hawaii. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Physician Compensation & Acquisitions at Lee Memorial Health System, and a Sr. Financial Analyst position at 21st Century Oncology. Julie began their career at Ferrero as a Sr. Forecast Analyst/Demand Planner. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. John's University.
