John Nicklow

John Nicklow currently serves as the President of the Florida Institute of Technology since July 2023, following a successful tenure as President of the University of New Orleans from April 2016 to June 2023. An accomplished academic, John Nicklow holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, completed between 1995 and 1998. In addition, John Nicklow earned both a Master of Science (MS) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, with studies conducted from 1988 to 1993.
