Dan O'Hagan

Dan O'Hagan is currently working at the Florida Municipal Power Agency since February 2004, initially as Assistant General Counsel & Regulatory Compliance Counsel and now as Deputy General Counsel & Manager of Regulatory Compliance. Dan also holds the role of Board Member at TRANSMISSION ACCESS POLICY STUDY GROUP INC since October 2022. Dan graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2006 with a Juris Doctorate and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northern Illinois University.
