Stephanie Morse

Stephanie Morse is a legal professional with extensive experience in public law, currently serving as Special Counsel at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since October 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Associate Public Counsel at The Florida Legislature from April 2016 to October 2022 and served as Senior Attorney at The Florida Senate from January 2012 to April 2016. Stephanie began a career in public service as an Assistant Attorney General in the Complex Civil Enforcement Bureau of the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General, where from February 2006 to January 2012, involvement included complex civil litigation related to healthcare fraud, False Claims Act cases, and asset forfeiture. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Miami School of Law (1992-1995) and a B.A. in English, Government, and Anthropology from William & Mary (1988-1992).
