Jeffrey J. Saputo

Jeffrey J. Saputo is the Manager of DUI Programs at the Florida Safety Council, with extensive experience in public safety and criminal justice. In this role since July 2018, Jeffrey has focused on building relationships with community resources, developing budgets, and overseeing CEU trainings. Jeffrey also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Florida State College, teaching various criminal justice courses. Prior to these positions, Jeffrey held multiple roles within law enforcement, including Deputy at the Indian River County Sheriff's Office, where responsibilities included accident investigation and traffic homicide. Jeffrey began a career in corrections as a Correctional Officer in New Hampshire and Florida, with early experience as a Youth Division Aide. Currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice from Walden University, Jeffrey also holds a MA in Criminal Justice from Keiser University and a BS in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
