Jane Dowgwillo has had a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2021, they joined the Florida SBDC Network as the Director of Strategic Programs. Prior to that, they worked at Buccaneer Solutions Group as the Vice President since 2009. From 2011 to 2021, they served as the PTAC Statewide Manager at the Florida Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Jane'sprevious roles include working for the Department of Defence of Australia in various positions from 1996 to 2009, the Australian Government Department of Finance as the Financial Management Training Manager in 1995, the Australian Government Department of Agriculture as a Project Officer from 1994 to 1995, Commonwealth Funds Management as a Corporate Communications Officer from 1993 to 1994, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an Executive Assistant from 1992 to 1993.
Jane Dowgwillo completed their education in a chronological order. In 1989, they started their Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus on the field of study being Bachelor of Arts at the University of Canberra. This program lasted until 1991.
In 2001, they pursued a Master's Degree at the University of Canberra in the field of Management with a specialization in Defense Studies. This program lasted for one year.
The same year, they enrolled in another Master's Degree program at the University of Wollongong, where they completed a Graduate Certificate in Maritime Studies.
In 2010, they pursued their second Master's Degree, this time in Project Management, at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). This program also lasted for one year.
