Gerald Pollock

Gerald Pollock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as First Sergeant E-8 in the Aviation UAS Squadron of the Florida State Guard since June 2023, Gerald has held significant roles including Quality Control Supervisor and Safety Director at Florida Concrete Unlimited since April 2014, and President of GWP Management Inc. since August 1993, a company recognized as a certified general contractor in Florida. Gerald's background includes project management for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools and hands-on experience as a Concrete Finisher Foreman with Warrens Concrete Services. Gerald's formal education includes certifications in emergency management and leadership from esteemed institutions, coupled with ongoing professional development at the University of South Florida. Additionally, Gerald is a certified Remote Unmanned Aircraft System Pilot.
