Cynthia J Perkins, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Florida Virtual School since May 2012, Cynthia has effectively directed the delivery of an updated Driver Education course and successfully turned around a failing student information system project with an $850K budget. Previous roles include Project Management Professional at Universal American, where status reporting and risk assessments were integral to the implementation of an agent compensation system, and Program Manager at CNO Financial Group, supervising a team of project managers for financial system applications. Additional experience includes senior project management positions at United HealthCare and Klipsch Group. Cynthia holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Lansing Community College.
