Sarah Owen Gledhill, AICP, serves as the President and CEO of the Florida Wildlife Federation, a role filled since June 2021 following positions as Interim President and Vice President. Gledhill provides strategic leadership in operations, communications, and conservation policy, ensuring robust internal systems for the organization. Prior to this, Gledhill was the Regional Policy Director at the Florida Wildlife Federation, focusing on digital campaigns related to water quality and climate change. Experience includes a tenure as Senior Florida Field Campaigner at the Center for Biological Diversity and roles aimed at land use planning and policy advocacy at the Florida Wildlife Federation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
