Ben Stevens

Ben Stevens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Recruitment at Sparke & Keane since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held several key positions at Floryn, including Commercial Director and Head of Sales, and worked at Rabobank for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included leading sales teams in both the Corporate Finance and Business Banking Divisions. Ben's career began with an internship at Pon and included a role as Account Manager at Van Mossel Automotive Groep. Academically, Ben holds a Drs. degree in Information Sciences with Distinction from Tilburg University and various certifications, including a Certified BlackBelt in Lean Six Sigma from Cardiff University and a Post-Academic degree in Management from Avans+.
