Shiree McDermott is an accomplished operations specialist with extensive experience in the restaurant management industry. Currently serving as Operations Specialist at Flo's Collection since July 2023, Shiree focuses on operational execution across various locations to enhance guest experiences and achieve financial goals. Previously, as Director of Operations at 76 Diners Management LLC, Shiree oversaw operations for the 76th Truck Stop Diner and 76 Diner Coopersville. Shiree also held the role of District Manager at Restaurant Partners Management LLC, managing multiple locations including Beltline Bar and various Grand Coney outlets. Holding an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Grand Rapids Community College, Shiree's background also includes significant leadership experience as General Manager at both Beltline Bar and Sundance Grill & Bar for several years.
