Monica Coats

Monica Coats has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Monica currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Partnerships at FloSports, a leading digital sports media company. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director, Global Rights Acquisition at FloSports, where they played a key role in expanding the company's coverage in various sports. Monica also served as the GM of VarsityTV and FloCheer at FloSports. Before joining FloSports, they worked as an Educator at the Manhattan Beach Unified School District for a decade. Additionally, Monica was a Co-Founder of Compete 4 Causes, a nonprofit organization that they were actively involved in from 2011 to 2013. Monica also gained valuable experience as the Sr. Manager, West Coast Territory at Varsity Brands and as a Territory Manager at the Universal Cheerleaders Association.

Monica Coats holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
