Andreas Bergthaller

Andreas Bergthaller is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Flossbach von Storch since November 2024, Andreas previously held the position of Senior Associate at YPOG from June 2022 to November 2024 and worked as an Associate at Oppenhoff & Partner Rechtsanwälte from March 2019 to May 2022. Early legal training included a clerkship at the Oberlandesgericht Köln and a traineeship at Hogan Lovells, complemented by research assistant roles at various institutions. Andreas holds a Dr. iur. in International Law and an LL.M. with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen, alongside a strong academic background in German and European law from the University of Cologne and experience at the China University of Political Science and Law.
