Vivekanand has a strong background in software support and maintenance. VIVEKANAND started their career at Wipro in 2015 as a Software Trainee and later moved on to become a Software Reports Developer. VIVEKANAND then took on the role of a Software Support Engineer before being promoted to a Software Support and Maintenance Lead. In 2021, Vivekanand joined Salesforce as a Dedicated Support Engineer and later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer. VIVEKANAND is currently working at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as a Systems Support Senior Analyst, specializing in trading and compliance systems.

Vivekanand pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 2010 and ending in 2018. VIVEKANAND obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technology with a focus on Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Following that, they enrolled in the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in 2017 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science, specializing in the field of Data Science.
