Michael Windler has over 30 years of experience in the customer service and call center industry. Michael began their career in 1988 as a Team Leader, Branch Manager, and Manager-in-Training for CitiFinancial (FKA Commercial Credit). In 1995, they were promoted to Sr Director/SVP of Centralized Operations and Sr Operations Manager - Business Call Center. In 2009, they joined CoreLogic as Director of Client Management and Call Center Business Services Manager. In 2011, they became Vice President of Call Center Operations at 1-800-DENTIST, where they managed a 125 seat 24x7 inbound and outbound call center. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations and Sales at Network of One. In 2018, they became Head of Customer and Venue Support at Atom Tickets. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Customer and Branch Support at Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.). Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Call Center Operations at Flossy, a company dedicated to bringing high-quality/affordable dental care to everyone.
Michael Windler attended the University of Maryland from 1987 to 1988, studying Marketing and Human Resources Management. Prior to this, they attended Nassau Community College from 1985 to 1986, studying Business Management.
