Don Smith

Don Smith is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and creative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at Flourish since April 2023 and CEO of StoryLabs, LLC since May 2018, Don also holds the position of Creative Director at Exponential since June 2013. Previous experience includes Executive Director of Creative Ministries at Hope Community Church until November 2023, Founder and Marketing/Creative Lead at Gravity Media Group, and Executive Director of Creative/Marketing at WAVE. Early career roles include Associate Pastor at Crosspointe Church and Media Pastor at Christ's Church. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Kentucky Christian University.
