Stephanie Sado Smith

Stephanie Sado Smith currently serves as the Lead Counsel for Product & Regulatory at Flourish, a technology platform for registered investment advisers, since November 2022. Previously, Stephanie held positions including Assistant General Counsel at AIG and Associate General Counsel for the New York City Police Benevolent Association. Prior experience includes Senior Associate at Chaffetz Lindsey LLP, where Stephanie managed high-stakes domestic and international arbitration cases, and Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, overseeing complex commercial litigations and government investigations. Stephanie began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon. Joel H. Slomsky. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude with a J.D. from New York Law School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
