Mitchell Monack is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background in hospitality and project management. Currently serving as an Operations & Human Resources Assistant at Flour+Water Hospitality Group since April 2023, Mitchell previously held roles in operations management at TRICK DOG LLC, overseeing the pandemic-friendly venture Quik Dog, and at Hotel Lucent, managing guest services and operations. Additional experience includes project management at Los Gatos Iron Works, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling and client communication, and management roles at TakeItHome.org and Gourmet-Lunch Catering.
