James DiSanto

James DiSanto has an extensive work experience in various finance roles. James is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Flow Control Holdings, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Hy-Tek Material Handling, LLC from August 2021 to February 2023. James also served as the Chief Financial Officer at HDT Global from August 2019 to August 2021, at Ferno EMS from January 2017 to August 2019, and at LION from June 2010 to January 2017. Before that, they held the role of VP Finance/CFO at Airtex Products (formerly a Carlyle Group portfolio company) from October 2009 to June 2010, and the role of CFO Pumps Division at Crane Co. from January 2007 to October 2009. James started their career as the Controller Americas & Europe at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Integration Black Belt at General Electric from 2000 to 2003 and as a Controller at The Taylor Made Group from June 1998 to June 2000.

James DiSanto has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Russell Sage College.
