James Schuster is currently the Privacy and Compliance Legal Counsel and Director at Flow Health, where James directs privacy, data protection, security, and compliance initiatives for multiple clinical laboratory locations. Prior to this role, James served as the Privacy Director at CoverMyMeds, LLC, where James formed and headed up a multi-disciplinary privacy compliance team. James has also held positions such as Lead for Payer Technologies at PwC, Senior Compliance Officer at EnvisionRxOptions, and Partner at Roetzel & Andress. With a JD in Health Law from The George Washington University Law School and a BS in Political Science from Cleveland State University, James has a strong background in privacy and compliance matters.
