Jeff Zuniga

Jeff Zuniga has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff began their career at Inacomp Computers as an Assistant Service Center Manager from April 1987 to May 1989. Jeff then moved on to the Puyallup School District, where they worked as a Systems Manager from May 1987 to June 1997. Following that, they joined the Kent School District as a Manager of Computing and Communications from June 1997 to June 2000.

In the year 2000, Jeff transitioned to Labor Ready, where they held the position of IT Manager from June 2000 to April 2006. Jeff then worked at TrueBlue, Inc. (Labor Ready) as the Director of IT Infrastructure from April 2006 to April 2008.

Continuing their professional journey, Jeff joined Flow International and took on various roles. Jeff worked as the Group Manager of Global IT Data Center Operations from April 2008 to November 2008. Jeff then became the Group Manager of IT Process & Measurement and Applications Development from November 2008 to February 2012. Finally, they served as the Director of IT Operations from December 2011 onwards at Flow International.

Throughout their career, Jeff Zuniga has accumulated diverse experience in IT operations, process management, data center operations, and infrastructure management.

Jeff Zuniga received their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications and Networking from City University of Seattle, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management 2.0, which they obtained from itSMF USA in May 2012. Jeff also obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the same institution in March 2006. Furthermore, Jeff holds the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification, which they obtained from ISACA in June 2011.
