Eyal Karni

Eyal Karni has extensive experience in finance and real estate, currently serving in a finance role at Flow since August 2021. Prior to this position, Eyal held the title of CFO at Mi & Co Dev Inc. from 2017 to August 2021, overseeing various financial operations, including financing and investor relations for a New York-based real estate development firm. Eyal also served as CFO at GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive real estate services. At Cushman & Wakefield from 2009 to 2015, Eyal was a Managing Director and Assistant Global Corporate Controller. Earlier experience includes roles as Controller at DataSynapse and as a Manager within the Technology Group at PwC, along with time spent as an Experienced Senior Associate at PwC Israel. Eyal holds a B.A. in Business Management and Accounting, as well as a CPA certification from the College of Management, completed in 2002.
