Shahzad Khan

Shahzad Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at FLOW Progressive Logistics since December 2019, Shahzad leads a team of 1,000 employees and oversees major company transformations, including strategy execution and performance monitoring. Previously, from August 2005 to December 2019, Shahzad held several key roles at IKEA Saudi Arabia, culminating in the position of Country Supply Chain Manager, where significant improvements in supply availability were achieved. Shahzad's diverse background also includes roles focused on logistics management, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency, beginning with a foundational position as a Custom Clearance Coordinator at Talal Al Muraishid Est. Shahzad holds a Master’s Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool.
