Ilana Smith

Ilana Smith is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a robust background in customer operations and management. Currently serving as a Logistics Specialist at Flow Alkaline Spring Water since August 2023, Ilana has previously held roles with Freshii as a Customer Operations Specialist, CPG from April 2021 to August 2023, and spent over eight years at McGregor Industries, ultimately working as an Operations Analyst. Earlier in their career, Ilana contributed to McGregor Industries as a Senior Customer Operations Specialist and managed logistics at Leese Enterprises.
