Erin Gibson

Erin (Cates) Gibson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at both The Reynolds Company and Flow-Zone since November 2020, Erin has previously held prominent roles including Director of Organizational Development and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Peterson Health from May 2011 to November 2020, and Executive Director of Human Resources and Learning at Hill Country Memorial Hospital from October 2001 to April 2011. Erin began a career in human resources at Stanley Tools from June 1999 to May 2001. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
