Karim Khattar has had extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Karim is currently a Co-Founder at Flow48. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Eqwal and MONEY, where they managed the overall business, strategy, and P&L of the companies. Karim also acted as the Chief Product Officer at Fetchr, leading the product team in developing differentiated products based on customer demands. Before that, Karim was the General Manager of Uber in Saudi Arabia, focusing on revenue and ridership growth, and overseeing marketing, operations, and regulatory matters. Karim also worked at Citi as a Vice President and participated in the Global Executive Management Associate program, gaining international experience and training. Karim's earlier positions include Senior Associate Consultant at Delta Partners, Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Operations & Information Technology Manager at Abela freres. In these roles, they worked on projects such as formulating corporate value propositions, conducting pricing revamp strategies, optimizing distribution networks, and strategizing market entry and organizational restructuring.
Karim Khattar completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Telecommunication, from Polytechnique Montréal from 1998 to 2001. Karim then pursued further education at Polytechnique Montréal from 2002 to 2004, where they earned their Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc) in the School of Mathematics with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. Following this, they attended IESE Business School from 2009 to 2011, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Technology.
