Alejandro Castañeda

Alejandro Castañeda currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Flowcode since July 2023. Previously, Alejandro worked at Microsoft from September 2013 to April 2023, taking on various roles including Customer Success Manager, where Alejandro supported enterprise, DoD, and federal accounts. In this capacity, Alejandro utilized data-driven insights to facilitate customer success through training and deployment strategies. Additionally, Alejandro co-founded and co-chaired the HOLA DC Chapter, which focuses on building a community for Latinx/Hispanic employees. Other roles at Microsoft included Retail Partner Specialist, Technical Learning Specialist, Project Manager for the MS Stores Innovation Team, Assistant Store Manager, and Product Advisor. Alejandro holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Graphic Design from Montgomery College, obtained from 2010 to 2013.
