Eric Olombel

Eric Olombel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2023. Eric has recently worked as the Head of Finance at Flowdesk since March 2023. Prior to that, in 2019, they were a Private Investor and Fundraiser. In 2022, they held the role of Investor Relations Manager at Blockchain@HEC, where they developed relationships with investors and communicated the company's financial performance. Additionally, in 2022, they were an Investor at Time for the Planet, a company focused on fighting global warming through innovative solutions. Earlier in 2022, Eric served as the Chief Financial Officer at Vokko, where they developed financial strategies and oversaw financial operations.

Eric's earlier experience includes various roles at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) from 2006 to 2021, ranging from Senior Financial & Risk Officer to Senior Financial Controller. Prior to SGCIB, they worked as a Financial Auditor & Accountant at SEMAPHORES EXPERTISE and as an Assistant Accountant at CESML.

Eric Olombel has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began their undergraduate studies at IUT GEA Montpellier, where they obtained a DUT GEA degree in Accounting and Finance in 2003. Eric then pursued a Bachelor's degree in General Studies at La Trobe University from 2004 to 2005.

Continuing their academic journey, Eric earned a Master's degree in Finance from Montpellier Business School, specializing in Finance, General, from 2003 to 2006.

In 2017, Eric attended Columbia Business School, completing an Executive Education program in Management and Leadership in 2018.

In 2021, Eric enrolled in HEC Paris and obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has acquired several certifications. In 2022, they completed a Private Equity and Venture Capital certification at HEC Paris. In the same year, they also obtained a certification in Entrepreneurial Finance from HEC Paris. Earlier, in 2021, Eric earned an AMF Certification from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France. In 2021, they also completed a certification in Global Financing Solutions through a course provided by EDHEC and Société Générale on Coursera. Furthermore, in 2020, Eric obtained a certification in L'essentiel de PowerPoint 2016 from LinkedIn.
