Theresa Clemons

Theresa Clemons has a variety of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Theresa started their career at Cameron Compression Systems in 2007 as a Process Engineer. In this role, they focused on manufacturing process improvement, particularly in rotor balancing. Theresa worked closely with other departments such as Project Management, Design, Quality, Marketing, and Finance to address manufacturing challenges and implement improvements. In 2014, Theresa joined Flower City Group, where they held various roles, including Quality Control Analyst, Quality Manager, General Manager, and VP Quality & Engineering. Theresa'smost recent role at Flower City Group is VP, Systems & Engineering, which they started in January 2020 and is currently holding.

Theresa Clemons obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, studying from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
