Patrick Hartman

Patrick Hartman has a long history of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. In 2021, they began working for FlowerHire as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Talent Success Executive. In this role, they were responsible for providing retained Executive Search and Contingent Staffing services, as well as white glove career support for those entering the Cannabis industry. Prior to this, in 2020, Patrick worked as a Team Lead for Talent Services at Motion Recruitment, specialized in Cybersecurity. In 2019, they worked as a Team Lead and Talent Advisor at Workbridge Associates, where they provided IT Staffing Solutions across 12 major North American markets. In 2018, Patrick worked as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners. In 2015, they held an Extern role at the Regional Health Literacy Coalition and an Intern role at the Pennsylvania Office of Rural Health. From 2013 to 2015, Patrick was a Senior Team Lead at Urban Outfitters.

Patrick Hartman graduated from Penn State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Patrick then completed a Global Health fieldwork program at the University of Limpopo in the same year. In December 2016, they obtained a certification from IHI Open School at IHI.
