Freddie Baez has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Freddie began their career as a Market Manager at Relay Worldwide, where they were responsible for implementing and executing local market initiatives for top premium spirits brands. Freddie then moved on to become a Partner at Urban Diverse Marketing, where they worked for eight years before joining Legacy Marketing Partners as an MBN Supervisor. At Pierce Promotions, Freddie served as a Senior Regional Manager, overseeing large-scale retail programming for Walmart. Freddie later joined GTM Inc as the Director of Experiential and Strategic Programming, focusing on developing and implementing creative concepts. Currently, Freddie works as a Managing Partner at TCG Collective, managing agency partnerships and serving as the chief strategist for experiential activations and branded content platforms.
