Ethan Chaffin

Ethan Chaffin, PMP, has extensive experience in process management and sales analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Process & Solutions for Customer Experience and Sales at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries since 2013. In this role, Ethan also leads ERP transformation efforts and has held various positions including Sales Analyst III and Shelf Merchandising Specialist. Prior to joining Flowers Foods, Ethan worked at Lepage Bakeries, Inc. as a Route Accounting Associate from 2002 to 2012 and served as a Marketing Associate at FISC Solutions, acquired by WAUSAU Financial Systems, from 2000 to 2002. Ethan began the career at Acorn Products as a Shipping Lead from 1998 to 2000. Academically, Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Central Maine Community College.
