Summer Polite, MBA, CPSM, CPSD, currently serves as Senior Manager for Procurement CoE-Ingredients & Development at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries, having previously held multiple senior procurement roles at Krispy Kreme and United Rentals. With extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supplier diversity management, Summer has successfully led initiatives resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies, including managing annual spends exceeding $100M and generating over $12M in savings during tenure at United Rentals. A graduate of Winthrop University with an MBA in Finance, Summer has also played a pivotal role in supplier diversity programs, increasing minority business partnerships and providing training on procurement solutions within various organizations.
