Pavel Dvořák

Pavel Dvořák is an accomplished Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in leading teams and managing agile processes. Currently serving at HARTMANN GROUP and Flowmon Networks since May 2019, Pavel has a proven track record of effectively managing stakeholder relationships and delivering e-commerce solutions and mobile applications as a Product Owner at Jan Melvil Publishing. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at Heidelberg Materials, PwC Czech Republic, oXyShop, and Hutchison 3G Austria, as well as leadership experience at MoroSystems as a Team Lead/Scrum Master. Pavel's early career included roles in program management and IT project management, where responsibilities encompassed feature development, resource planning, and risk management. Pavel holds two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Economics and Management from Brno University of Technology.
