Jako Filjon

Jako Filjon is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology and management consulting, currently serving as VP IT: Digitalization, Automation and Corporate Functions at Flowserve Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jako Filjon was the President and CEO of Third Rock Management Consulting Inc. from July 1999 to January 2022, and held positions including Director IT - Strategy and Senior Partner at Third Rock Management Consultants, focusing on change management and ERP implementations in various industries. Jako Filjon also contributed as a change management consultant for Cameron and Shell, specializing in acquisition integration and SAP implementation, respectively. Before entering the consulting field, Jako Filjon worked as a Management Consultant for Sanlam. Jako Filjon holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria, completed between 1988 and 1994.
