Ian set up Indequip in 2003, prior to this he spent 9 years at Metal Work as National Distribution Manager. Metal Work Pneumatic is a major Italian pneumatics manufacturer and is one of the leading brands sold by Indequip.

In late 2018 and early 2019 Ian’s role was expanded further as overall Directorship and management support for Tamara Reiners at FTB and Richard Fenner at Primary Fluid Power Components.
