Hemanand Soundararajan

Hemanand Soundararajan has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the mining and cement industries. Since January 2007, Hemanand has held various positions at FLSmidth, currently serving as the Mining Global Proposal Manager for Grinding Mills, overseeing both wet and dry technologies. Previous roles include Project Engineering Manager and Team Manager Engineering, where Hemanand was responsible for project planning, scheduling, and collaboration with global specialists for product improvements. Prior to this, Hemanand worked as a Project Design Engineer at William Hare Group and held multiple engineering positions at FLSmidth, contributing to cement plant projects and proposal handling. Hemanand holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in 2018.
