Marco Martinini

Marco Martinini currently serves as Vice President of Global Product Line Storage & Dispatch and CEO of FLSmidth Ventomatic SpA, having joined FLSmidth in November 2022. Prior to this, Marco held various leadership roles at SACMI, including Director of the Handling and Sorting Product Unit and General Manager at IN.TE.SA spa. Past experiences also include serving as CEO at VICIVISION, where strategic business development and operational excellence were priorities. Marco's career began at Philip Morris International, where expertise in engineering and project management was developed over several years, followed by roles focused on technical leadership and process enhancements across multiple capacities. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, alongside certifications in Six Sigma and Project Management.
