Wayne Douglas

Wayne Douglas has a strong background in metallurgical engineering, with experience working in various capacities at Barrick Gold Corporation and currently at FLSmidth. In their current role as Vice President, Head of Technology and Head of Digital-Mining, Wayne oversees the technological aspects of mining operations. Prior to this, Wayne held positions such as Mill Superintendent and Superintendent Metallurgical Services, where Wayne managed the operation and maintenance of mill facilities and led metallurgical and analytical teams. Wayne holds a M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
