Justin Laiduc

Justin Laiduc is a highly skilled engineering and chemistry professional with extensive experience in product engineering, process optimization, and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Product Engineer at Fluence Analytics since December 2020, Justin previously held positions such as Value Stream Lead at Roper Technologies, Inc., where leadership and Lean Manufacturing techniques were emphasized, and Project Chemist at Portnoy Environmental, Inc., focusing on decontamination and mercury removal research. Additional roles include Sr. Staff Engineer at Innova Dynamics, overseeing silver nanowire production and R&D, and Chemist at Air Liquide, conducting advanced material analysis.
