Safia Mohamed

Safia Mohamed, MSc, PMP, currently serves as Applications R&D Manager and Senior Applications Scientist at Yokogawa Fluence Analytics, focusing on Applications & Product Engineering for the ACOMP system. Previously, Safia held multiple roles at Kraton Corporation, including R&D Technical Associate and R&D Senior Technician, contributing to Performance Chemicals and Breakthrough Technology programs through targeted applications testing and polymer synthesis projects. Work experience also includes positions at CGL Recruiting, Labtopia, Inc., Caribbean Industrial Research Institute, CASL Group, Victoria Laboratories Limited, and the University of the West Indies, encompassing a wide range of analytical chemistry and laboratory technician responsibilities. Academically, Safia holds a Master of Science in Applied Analytical Science from Swansea University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of the West Indies.
