Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manish is currently working as the Director of Global Quality at Fluence since 2021. Prior to this, Manish held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement, Quality and Reliability at FBD Partnership, LP from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring product and process excellence.

Before joining FBD Partnership, LP, Manish worked at United Technologies for a significant period. Manish held multiple roles, including Director of Quality from 2011 to 2018, where they implemented initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. Manish also served as a Supplier Quality Manager from 2007 to 2011, focusing on supplier development and quality initiatives.

Manish started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Vaupel in 1995 and later worked at Bentwood as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2003 to 2004. Manish also worked as a Consultant and Owner at Maa Textile Engineers from 1998 to 2001. Throughout their career, Manish has demonstrated expertise in quality management, supplier development, and process improvement.

Manish Gupta completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1990 and 1994. Manish then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington from 2001 to 2002. Finally, Manish obtained their MBA in General Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business between 2005 and 2006.
