Jamie Arnott

Jamie Arnott has a diverse work history with experience in human resources and operations management. They most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at Fluence starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Strategic Human Resources Manager at AusNet Services, where they led HR transformation and compliance projects. They also served as the Senior Organisational Development Manager and HR Shared Services Manager at AusNet, where they focused on talent management, culture and engagement, and workforce planning. Jamie's earlier experience includes roles at KFC South Pacific and Yum! Brands, where they held positions such as People and Operations Manager, HR Manager, and Training Manager.

Jamie Arnott has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Law from Monash University. They also have a Certificate IV in Retail Operations from Yum RTO. Additionally, Jamie holds an AHRI Practising Certificate from the Australian HR Institute.
