Matthieu Eveillard

Matthieu Eveillard is an experienced educator and musician based in New York City. Currently serving as a Teacher of French at Smith Street Maternelle and La Maison Française NYU, Matthieu has a strong background in early childhood language education, having previously worked with VHG Group and the French Institute Alliance Française. Over the years, Matthieu has also managed La Librairie des Enfants bookstore and taught private and group French classes at Fluent City. In addition to teaching, Matthieu is a singer-songwriter, having released six albums and an EP since 2016. Matthieu holds multiple degrees including a Master's in English from Université de Rennes I and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Bilingual and Multilingual Education from Hunter College, where studies commenced in January 2024.
