Paul Gryniuk

Paul Gryniuk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at Fluent Solar as the Director of Sales Operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Sales Training at the same company. Before joining Fluent Solar, Paul was the Co-Owner of First Sight Home Buyers. Paul also worked at POWERHOME SOLAR, where they served as the National Training Manager and National Sales Trainer. Additionally, they worked as a District Manager, where they were responsible for training and developing Field Energy Consultants. Paul has also worked as a Sales Representative at LGI Inc. and Everdry Waterproofing Of Ohio. Paul has experience in education as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Dublin City Schools and in sales as a Sales Representative at FoodieCards. Paul has interned as an Inside Business Development Intern at Status Solutions and as a Social Media Specialist Intern at Lynka. Paul began their career as a GSA at Towne Park, where they interacted with hotel guests and parked/retrieved their vehicles using proper safety procedures.

Paul Gryniuk completed their Bachelor's degree in New Media Technologies and Communications from The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Campbellsville University, where they pursued studies in Biology, General, but did not complete a degree. In 2011, they also obtained a Certificate in Intermediate Polish Language II from the University of Jagiellonski. Paul Gryniuk has also acquired additional certifications such as Operational Excellence Foundations, Interviewing Techniques, and Six Sigma Foundations, all obtained through LinkedIn in 2021.
